Healthy some-what paleo sometimes pancakes/crepes! (image coming asap!)
Takes about 30 mins all up – depending on how many little people (or big ones) you have interrupting you with all the questions or just generally getting in the way in the kitchen.
Makes approx 6 thin-medium crepes give or take. I just double or triple or quadruple the recipe depending on how hungry the troops are.
3 tblspns of filtered Water
1/2 cup Arrowroot Flour.
4 tspns Ghee.
Pinch o’ Salt.
Vanilla essence – about 1 tablespoon but adjust according to your tastes.
Toppings: you choice, you can go savoury or sweet.. my personal faves include nutella, pb & j or the ol’ faithful lemon and sugar… not gonna lie.
Throw it all in a blender and blitz for about a minute or until everything is combined (you’ll need to scrape the sides of the jug as it mixes so please be careful doing this!)
Have a hot hot non-stick pan ready to go and bobs your uncle – pancakes in a jiffy!
