I have been training with Amy for almost 12 months now. As a new yogi, Amy made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the class, taking the time to ensure I was using the correct technique in each stretch. While sometimes challenging, there was always an option provided for those requiring an alternative stretch. I love the outdoor classes, but regardless of the location, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and more centred.
The Thai yoga massage that I had recently was amazing! Located in a beautiful peaceful area, I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The massage that followed was very relaxing and zen. Definitely felt more balanced and relaxed when I left. Amazing!
