As a new yogi, Amy made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the class, taking the time to ensure I was using the correct technique in each stretch. While sometimes challenging, there was always an option provided for those requiring an alternative stretch. I love the outdoor classes, but regardless of the location, I always leave feeling rejuvenated and more centred.
The Thai yoga massage that I had recently was amazing! Located in a beautiful peaceful area, I felt relaxed as soon as I entered. The massage that followed was very relaxing and zen. Definitely felt more balanced and relaxed when I left. Amazing!

I have been training with Unique Sports Personal Training since I fell pregnant and have experienced really positive results. I have maintained a healthy weight throughout my pregnancy and have experienced less uncomfortable symptoms that I had during my first pregnancy. Amy Focuses on core fitness and functional exercises, and has tailored exercise to suit me at each stage of my pregnancy, even during group sessions.

I would thoroughly recommend Unique for any pregnant lady – there is no reason to stop exercising with great trainers like Amy around. I am now less than 2 weeks from my due date and still attending sessions!
